The 14 HP B&S Vanguard 400 engine is the perfect solution for professionals and do-it-yourselfers looking for equipment with high reliability and performance. Designed for a variety of construction, agricultural and garden machinery, it provides excellent working efficiency and long service life. It will perform well in all conditions, making it an ideal choice for both business and home users.
Compact solution with modern features
The motor features compact dimensions - 359 x 444 x 459 mm and a reasonable weight of 35.5 kg, which significantly facilitates installation on various types of machines. The four-stroke, air-cooled system with horizontal shaft and electronic ignition ensures fast and reliable starting. Depending on your needs, it is available with either a manual starter or an optional electric starter.
Adapted for long operation, it has a capacious 6.1-liter fuel tank and fuel consumption of 2.5 l/h at 3,600 rpm, which means long run times without the need for frequent refueling. The 408 cm³ capacity, single cast iron cylinder and maximum torque available at 2,500 rpm provide unmatched performance.
Particularly noteworthy are the 25 mm / 25.4 mm shaft diameter and the oil sump capacity of 0.94 liters, which translates into better durability of engine components and longer oil change intervals.
