Frequently asked questions
A quick guide to costs, lead times and what to prepare
How much does a machine repair cost?
Every job starts with diagnostics (PLN 390–1040 net, depending on the machine), after which you receive an individual quote for approval. The diagnostic fee is waived if you decide to go ahead with the repair. A mechanic labour hour costs PLN 130 net.
How long do the quote and repair take?
Quote and repair dates are agreed individually — they depend on the machine type and parts availability. You learn the estimated cost as soon as the machine is checked in, and we reply to form submissions within 24 hours.
What should I prepare before submitting a request?
The machine name and model, the serial number from the rating plate and a short description of the fault or the part you need. Photos help a lot — of the machine, the damage or the rating plate. They significantly speed up the quote.
Do you fit genuine parts?
Yes — we use genuine spare parts or proven substitutes. After the repair you receive an invoice with all parts itemised, and we return the worn elements we replaced.
Where can I find the machine serial number?
On the metal rating plate — usually on the frame, the engine housing or under the service cover. If you cannot read it, take a photo of the plate and attach it to your request — we will read the number for you.
