Compact solution with modern features
The Hemming HE-120 automatic milling machine is designed for maximum productivity and ergonomics. Thanks to its precision 4 kW motor (400 V power supply), the device enables fast and efficient creation of grooves with a maximum depth of 25 mm. The device is characterized by a working radius of 60 mm and the possibility of milling close to walls - from a minimum distance of 12 cm. The width of the groove is 16 or 17.3 mm, which allows flexible adaptation to different heating systems. The installed cutter with a diameter of D120 mm guarantees precise and long-lasting use, while the 22.2 mm attachment also makes it easy for the user to replace cutting elements when needed.
With an exceptional working capacity of 100 sqm / 8h, the milling machine is the ideal choice for large and demanding projects, ensuring quick completion of grooves for heating pipes. With a weight of 95 kg, the unit is stable, yet easy to move around on the job site, greatly increasing the convenience of operation.
